Short Term Accommodation Terms and Conditions
1. All bookings for accommodation must be made by contacting the staff via email or phone
2. Every attempt will be made to accommodate a visitors’ booking, however bookings are dependent on availability
3. To secure your booking, we kindly request that you make a payment of the first month’s rent, along with a bond of $800. This payment will confirm your reservation and guarantee your spot in our accommodation
4. Prohibited Items
A. personal heaters of any kind including but not limited to bar radiators, fan heaters and oil heaters;
B.portable air conditioners and evaporative coolers;
C. the use of electronic oil diffusers, candles, incense or anything that generates a continuous naked flame or steam;
D. Smoking not allowed inside the property
e. No drugs and no loud noise or party allowed.
5.Lockout Policy:
If you happen to lock yourself out of your accommodation and require assistance to regain access,
Please be aware that there will be a call-out fee of $100.
This fee covers the cost of sending a qualified technician to assist you and provide a replacement key or access to your living space.
